The job shadowing programme is a joint project of our association with Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft mbH, an urban institution for the promotion of the creative industry in Hamburg.

The aim is to facilitate and promote a transfer of knowledge between the financial and creative industries. By combining industry-specific knowledge, new ideas can be created.

To provide a broader view of this, three tandems have been formed to date, each consisting of one FinTech/startup and one member company of Finanzplatz Hamburg e.V. These tandems have been job shadowing since November 2016 and have been taking it in turns to accompany one another to their places of work. We will keep you up-to-date on impressions and results from the first encounters.
